That incentivizes them to make ads that perform, not just videos that look good. Videos are filmed and edited by the creators, delivered vertical (9:16) for Reels, Stories and other short-form placements.

Before anyone films, you agree a percentage of the ad spend that runs behind each creator's videos. It applies only to ads using their videos, for their first six months. We work it out each month from read-only access to your ad account, invoice you and pay the creators.
Yes. Ad setup is an optional add-on. We set up your ads and launch them in batches, so each one gets a fair test and your budget goes further. It starts at $500 and depends on the option you choose, so ask on the call.
